Roof King Ransom In-Box Pump System (No Mixing Valves)

This Roof King Ransom system is an air-powered soft wash pump designed for durability, simplicity, and reliable performance in roof cleaning applications.

An 18 GPM pump delivers:
– 12–14 GPM at the gun with a 3/4″ hose
– 9–11 GPM at the gun with a 5/8″ hose

Why Air Systems Are Superior for Soft Washing
– You can release the trigger for extended periods without damaging or overheating the pump (unlike gas pumps, which can be damaged if left off the trigger for more than ~15 minutes)
– No batteries, wiring, or electrical issues like 12V systems
– No generator, remote failures, or pressure spikes that can burst hoses and spray bleach over equipment or surroundings
– Allows full flow up to 10 GPM or a fine mist with a mist tip without stressing the pump
– Pump components are made of plastic and rubber, making them highly resistant to bleach and chemical corrosion
– As long as air pressure is kept within limits, leaks are minimal compared to gas or 12V pumps
– Designed to keep you working on the job, not troubleshooting equipment

Air Compressor Requirements
– Air compressor not included
– Any compressor producing over 5 CFM will work
– Do not exceed 90 PSI

Installation Instructions
– Hold the Roof King box against the compressor or mounting surface and mark the drill holes
– Drill holes using an 8/32 drill bit
– Mount the unit and tighten the bolts securely

Hose Connections: There are three intake connections:
– Two 3/4″ cam lever barbs connect to bleach and water tanks
– One 1/2″ barb connects to a soap tank (if not using soap, leave this valve closed)

Remote Version Wiring (if applicable)
– Red wire connects to the positive battery terminal
– Black wire connects to the ground battery terminal

SETUP AND PRIMING

1. Connect the air hose from the compressor to the Roof King

2. The red lever is the main on/off valve

3. To prime the unit
– Close all valves
– Open one valve and run the pump until flow is steady
– Close it and repeat for the other valves

4. The system is now ready for operation
This system is built for simple operation, chemical resistance, and long-term reliability in soft wash roof cleaning.
